Distribution of the water coming to Kağıthane drinking water staorages by passing the Bosphorus after being treated in İstanbul Cumhuriyet Treatment Facility as being supplied from Melen dam and increasing distribution safety, thereby developing alternative resources to European Coast drinking water distribution system are aimed with the project.
